Gijs

Gijs Matser is the founder of the Kiemkamer and bio-artist. His passion: everything with greenery and growth. Making art in and from nature. Gijs enjoys working on land art installations where he makes great use of the versatility of the willow. In addition to his green fingers, Gijs is also skilled in metalworking. One of his works of art is the ‘menace’, a work of art based on the African Black Heron.
