Grow your own unique chili pepper!

The growth and abundance of life is a wonderful phenomenon. Something most of us don't think about on a daily basis. But if you do, you can't help but marvel at it.   One of those strange creatures is the pepper plant. There are over 5,000 pepper varieties, from zero to millions of Scoville sharps and in all the colors of a traffic light. All pepper plants have their own growth habit, with fruits (the chili peppers) in many special shapes.   The De Kiemkamer Foundation has chosen the pepper for a long-term experiment. The goal: to grow chili peppers in the most special shapes using specially developed molds. Such as a heart pepper, a clog and even a Dom Tower. We translated the concept into a home growing kit that is sent by post and that allows people to grow their unique pepper   The whole project is a test. The goal is not a profitable business, but the creation of a green experience. Reminding people of the beauty of nature, of the value of care and attention. We are currently looking at whether we can translate the concept into a growing art exhibition.   For an impression, take a look at the test site.
